All products are made to order, which means production begins as soon as your order is placed. Because of this, we cannot accept cancellations or offer refunds once an order has been placed.
Shipping Policy
Once an item has shipped, it is considered final sale. We do not accept returns or refunds on shipped orders unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you’re located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. This only applies if the item is unused, in its original packaging, and not customized.
